Being Active: Exercising is important to the overall health. The canadian standard is 30 minutes of activity for 5 times a week, this doesn't include the warm up and cool down.

Spinal Posture: When lifting items it recommended to bend with  your knees then tuck your pelvis and hug the load. Sitting in a chair for long periods of time is probably one of the worst things to do for your body, but if you are sitting down take few minutes to get up and walk around. 

Reducing Stress: Getting a solid 8 hours of sleep is recommended to relieve stress, also doing calming activities such as yoga, walking and reading a book can help lower stress levels. 


Wobble Cushion video: This video is an exercise for your spine, this can be done on a wobble cushion or a yoga ball. If you do try this at home, you can do it a slower pace than what the girl is doing it in the video.
